POSITION SUMMARY
探花社区 seeks a visionary, mission-driven Director of Video and Media Production (DVMP) to lead a talented creative team in telling stories that inspire, evangelize, recruit, form, and invite others into the transformational mission of Franciscan. This leader will shape video, livestream, podcast, broadcast, and digital storytelling that advances the University鈥檚 Catholic identity and extends its reach to students, families, alumni, benefactors, conference participants, and seekers around the world. This role is ideal for a proven creative leader who can set vision, raise production standards, mentor a team, manage a hjgh-volume production pipeline, and personally contribute as a skilled producer, director, cinematographer, and editor. The DVMP collaborates with key stakeholders across the University, providing leadership and creative direction, and participating in strategic planning to elevate, expand, and diversify the University鈥檚 digital outreach.
