STEUBENVILLE, OH – ̽������ has been ranked 32nd in the Great Lakes region, placing it among the country’s top nursing schools by Nursing Schools Almanac.

Over 3,200 nursing schools across the country were examined, and only the top 10 percent made the final list. Nursing Schools Almanac took into account “the institution’s academic prestige and perceived value, the breadth and depth of the nursing programs, [and] student success, particularly on the NCLEX national licensure exam.”?

Cited for providing “education geared toward holistic health-oriented care” and “Christian values,” ̽������’s Nursing Program was ranked in the top 7 percent of all schools considered.

Established in 1980, the program’s graduates, approximately 50–60 students annually, have passed the NCLEX exam at a 92 percent rate over the past six years. Additionally, the program’s Nursing Simulation Laboratory incorporates the latest Laerdal human patient simulator technology.
